It is my desire to accompany clients on their journey to discover who they are and what their purpose is in life; helping them to let go of beliefs that restrict rather than allow for personal growth, seeing them discover their inner strength to make the necessary changes in their life so that they can realize and live their unique potential.
To grow emotionally and spiritually we have to take responsibility for our life.
We cannot expect others to change just to make us feel comfortable.
We chose this life. We are the ones who need to take action if we are not satisfied with what we experience in life. This may often be a journey of two steps forward and one back, but from my own experience I can only say it is worth all the effort.
Many people were there to help me when I got frustrated with my own journey, not seeing any progress after many hours of tearing down my own restricting fears and beliefs, falling back into what I thought I had already worked through.
But even then looking back from where I came from, it was worth every hour, every conversation, every self-doubt. Not that I am where I would like to be, but I know I am a step closer and that is all that counts. So be patient – after all it is a life-long journey.
