We use third party and embedded content to enhance visitors’ experience. We use your IP Adress to diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. We do not sell or trade lists with anyone. We recommend carefully selected products and service providers through our newsletter. However, at no point do we share your personal details with these third parties, without your explicit consent.

Giveaways & Ads

We have giveaways which are open to everyone who enters the giveaways by providing us with their name and email address which are added to our distribution list which is then stored on the third-party provider, Mailchimp (their privacy policy).

Mailing List

We use Mailchimp for our newsletter subscription program. Mailchimp collects your information so that we can keep you updated with our latest articles, events, and programs. Mail chimp also provides statistics on email open and click rates. This information allows us to better understand the interests of our readership to continue to offer you relevant and interesting content. At no time is your information shared, sold, or traded with other businesses and organizations. If you no longer want to receive these emails, you can simply unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or emailing What Therapy at hello@WhatTherapy.com. The unsubscribe process is completely automated via Mailchimp. You are also able to amend your personal details via Mailchimp. Our site registration requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address) to create accounts to access for-members only areas of the website. This information is not used for any other reason and is not added to our newsletter distribution list or processed in any other way.
