Diana, from Elemental Practice, is curious about the many ways we can support the body through movement, sound, and natural therapies, so that we can more fully inhabit our body, and move through the world with greater ease. She has been inspired by many teachers from different traditions, drawing from explorations in hatha yoga, yin yoga, elemental yoga therapy, jin shin jyutsu, active meditation, EFT, reiki, and most of all, mother nature.
She offers elemental yoga classes based on the five elements, meditation, and song circles in Singapore. She is in the midst of being certified in the Trauma Release Exercise (TRE) process.
