Hello, welcome to the What Therapy community.

What Therapy is a platform that provides wellness resources from ancient wisdom to modern-day discoveries. You’ll find tools, techniques, practitioner interviews and recommendations, and giveaways to live a life of well-being, intention, and purpose.

What Therapy is run by Alexsandra,  a Jin Shin Jyutsu and Quantum Biofeedback practitioner and HeartMath trainer who is in her Human Design experiment. She offers zoom sessions, online workshops, readings, and coaching sessions incorporating these modalities. She is also a writer who loves to investigate different approaches, paths, and schools of thought for What Therapy.
