What is the Health Focus now?

The focus is on our health and wellbeing. By this, I mean how to enhance the quality of life, through our authentic self-expression, relationships with others, exercising our sovereignty, and enjoying vitality. Because nursery rhythms hold wisdom, here’s one to keep in mind.

The best six doctors
anywhere and no one can deny it
are sunshine, water,
rest, and air
Exercise and diet.
These six will gladly you attend
If you are willing
Your mind they’ll ease
Your will they’ll mend
And charge you not a chilling

Health Focus – Diversity in Information

This year I started listening to many more podcasts, thanks to my partner who has an active perspective.

Side note – according to Human Design, we have leftness and rightness in our design. This is not wrong or right. It’s about being wired differently – whether we are more focused and strategic (left) or passive and receptive (right). Those with leftness in the four areas of their design thrive most by being active, focused, and planning strategically. Those with rightness are receptive, allowing what they require in life to come to them. They take in all the information, not focused on whether this bit or that bit has a strategic function for them at a later time. This means they are a vessel of deep information, ready to draw from at the right time. The key to being passive and receptive is surrendering to being.

One of these podcasts is THC or The Higherside Chat with San Diego-based Greg Carlwood. I like the play with the acronym. You? He’s “dedicated to exploring a wide range of unconventional, suppressed, & esoteric topics with the brightest minds for our troubled times” – just up the alley for What Therapy readers.

For one of Greg’s most recent episodes, he wanted to have an easily-shareable podcast and I feel it’s a great one to introduce you to these “alternative” sources. This interview is with Nora Gedgaudas, an expert on ancient medicine and paleo diet. She’s also devoted hundreds of hours of research into what is going on at the moment, including the controversial PCR test. She puts into perspective viral and bacterial illnesses, causes of pneumonia, fear on the brain, etc.

(For those wondering about the PCR test – can we test for a virus we have not isolated? If we can, then is the test accurate if it’s run at repetitive cycles above 35 as are routinely done? Does this level of amplification (which is what the PCR test is for) have any meaning for level of active infectiousness? What does it mean if the PCR test is meaningless? Just some questions to ponder.)

More importantly perhaps is that her point is that the stress level is “unprecedented” and is highly immune-compromising. That should be our focus! How do we enhance our immune function and mental and general health? For example, she shares an interesting study about the negative effects of news on our health. You can also read more of her updates and other articles such as social isolation science and yes, masks. Like I wrote in The Middle Pillar, we don’t know what’s going on (there’s a spiritual aspect that is not talked about enough) and our focus now is how will we respond to be being pulled in all directions with fear-based strategies.

If you want to hear more, consider supporting THC with a monthly subscription. Try it for a free week with the code “Primal”. In the plus/paid portion of the content, you get access to more information from the guests. For this episode, you can learn more about what a RNA vaccine is. Since this is a new type of vaccine, it’s important for all of us to understand what it is, how it works, etc.

The Health Focus Now

We have focused on physical health, including our nutrition and physiology. Health is far more expansive than one aspect. For many, optimizing our health with diet is a fantastic starting point. After all, eating is central to most of us. In this podcast, Nora also shares information beyond diet and how diet impacts longevity, including quality over quantity of life.
