Mindfulness Practice in Yoga and Meditation
with Sudehpa Fridays January 19 – February 9 2018
Following the Himalayan tradition of yoga, classes start with mindful, diaphragmatic breathing. The class will then continue with movement and stretching to bring you to a relaxed state of mind and meditation.
Sudehpa is offering a 4-week course Fridays January 19 to February 9. Each class is 90 minutes. Join Sudehpa for a by-donation class Friday January 12.
